Work with pre-fermented loaves ready to bake, and master scoring and baking techniques that give reliable results — no matter your oven or equipment. Take home your very own freshly baked loaf!

Sourdough by Hand

Learn the art of hand mixing and develop perfect dough structure by mixing up your own loaf. Cover the core skills of bulk fermentation, timing schedules, temperature adjustments, and practical tips to make sourdough fit seamlessly into a busy day.

Shaping & The Second Rise

Master simple shaping techniques to create loaves that work with your equipment. Learn how the second rise can be adapted to your life and schedule, giving you reliable results every time.
