A taste of summer. The same golden sourdough focaccia, slow-fermented, baked with organic flour, and then topped with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and fresh basil pesto made from our garden. I love serving this with a beautiful balsamic glaze drizzled on top. Yum! Ingredients: Certified organic bakers flour (wheat) filtered water, sourdough culture (wheat), sea salt, white sugar, olive oil, tomatoes, bocconcini, pesto (containing pine nuts)
